PCOS & Ovulation: How are you handling it?

Hi ladies!
I’m 24 and TTC baby #1. I have PCOS, so I’m expecting an uphill battle. I think ovulation is the big issue for me as I’ve been using OPKs for 6-7 months with only two positives so far. However, I read that women with PCOS can get lots of peaks that don’t actually prove you’re ovulating. 
How are my PCOS ladies tracking their ovulation and are you struggling to ovulate?
Any experiences or advice are greatly appreciated!!!

Ovulation test I'm taken  conception  herb that help me get my cycle  haveing pcos is very confusing  to tell if you are ovulating  I'm also take prenatal  and using pre seed lubricant  pre seed lubricant  help  me get pregnant  twice  when I was ovulating  good

Hello I’m 28 and I been trying for 7 yrs and I been getting positive on my ovulation test for 3 days now. Yes it’s hard and unfair. My doctor said he not gone give me no more medicine, so now I have to go to a Fertility clinic and I don’t have no Choice and it’s gone be hard but I’m keep all hope and u should too. I’m also using pressed and taking met Forman.
