Pregnancy pillow help!
Can anyone tell me what pregnancy pillow they suggest for round ligament pain? I’m 19 weeks and have no baby bump at all, but the round ligament pain has been intense for some reason.
Sometimes I’m up until 3-4 am due to the discomfort. I was wondering if a certain pillow / shape is best for the round ligament pain because I am on the struggle bus with this!
