Early bedtime = sleep better/longer?
My son is 1 years old and for the longest time he went to bed at 10pm and woke up at 7am. Now he goes to bed around 9/9:30pm and wakes up around 8am
Anyway, is this normal or has anyone else experienced this?
I read online that when kids get overtired they actually sleep less. I wanted to know if this is true
