Black dots

So, Friday was a super hectic day. I ate in the morning but not anything until LATE that night. I saw ant like dots scattering my vision. And then again the day after. Only lasting for a minute if that. Also baby is in my ribs (I think) because the pain behind it is so sharp and I can feel him moving there. Idk if I should call my OB or wait till my appointment Monday. It’s not consistent. My BP has been normal no protein in my urine at any visits. I just have had the black dots a total of 3-4 times over the last two months and very brief.
