RSV Anyone???

My sweet baby girl was just diagnosed with RSV 🤒😢 Any experiences / tips would be helpful. I feel so horrible that this is happening....

Also, roll a blanket and put it under one end of the mattress of their crib/bassinet to elevate their head

My girl had it last month. It’s awful to see them so sick. We used Zarbees anti mucus and cough syrup (the one safe for babies) and that, mixed with Tylenol, worked wonders. Definitely use the humidifier all night, every night. Let your little one get all the rest they need. We didn’t do tummy time for 10 days because I felt like that was even too much energy for her! We had a scare with coughing because she started choking on her own phlegm. Almost had to go to the NICU but the doctor gave her a nebulizer to use 4 times per day, which helped a lot. I hope your baby feels better soon!!
