First signs?

I know home pregnancy tests don’t necessarily mean anything, but I know I had two eggs when I ovulated 11 days ago. My trigger never tested out and today I took a test in the middle of the day and it showed positive BEFORE the whole thing was even wet and is way darker than the control line. 
Did anyone else have a super strong or very early positive as a first sign of multiples?

With my son my HCG levels was low and it took the test a month and a half to read positive with this pregnancy I had a extremely strong positive at 2 week even had symptoms at 1week like nausea and bad heartburn I honestly felt like it was 2 and at my first appointment I was 8 week and sure enough we are having twins

Everyone told me it was impossible but  tested at 4dpo and I got a very very faint line, by 8 days it was really strong positive. Currently 32w6d with di/di twin boys

Hcg is not an indicator of multiples nor is stronger/more severe symptoms. Only an ultrasound will be able to confirm if there’s more than one.

I got my positive 6 days before my missed period , found out at exactly 3 weeks
