Sleeping in third trimester
Is sleeping on your back really dangerous at this point (29 weeks) ? I see things that say it’s bad so every time I wake up in the middle of the night on my back I get scared. It’s also more comfortable for me to lay on my back then my side due to extreme pelvic pain/pressure.
