Help!! Idk what this is!!
I’ve been trying to conceive with no luck since I have irregular cycles. Got my menstrual naturally and lasted 2 weeks. Since then it’s been on and off spotting for a week. Today no bleeding just super bad heartburn. I got this SUPER sharp pains and I go to take a shower and I start bleeding everywhere! Then this came out! Idk what it is and it’s freaking me out so bad 😭😭 even after I got in the shower another came out. And I’m scared!
