Trisomy 13 or Trisomy 18

My sister in law was told at her anatomy scan that her rainbow baby has one of these two disorders... does anyone have any stories of their babies living past a year old with either of these disorders OR had an experience or know someone where the doctors said it was one of those or that’s what the ultrasound showed and they were wrong and went on to have healthy babies?

My heart is shattered for them right now. They tried for two and a half years unsuccessfully and with one miscarriage and this was their rainbow baby and what should have been an exciting anatomy scan at 21 weeks went horribly wrong 😞
