Did you lose relationships when or around the time you got married?

From the time I met my husband to the day we got married, I lost three best friends. Three. And I've had these relationships from 10 to 20 years. They were all single. Did that have anything to do with it? I know I didn't neglect them. They got along with my husband too.

I have a close circle of friends, 7 of us since we were kids too. Constant group texts, 3 live together and are single, when I was single I lived with some of them too. I now see them monthly but still talk daily. I’m married and have a newborn. Another girl is married with a 4 year old and is pregnant now. Saw 3 of them today actually and I live a half hour from the ones in the city, I moved to the suburbs when I got married. 
So yes, the dynamics changed but I didn’t lose anyone. I made sure to put in the effort too though

Lost both because some didn't like my husband.

I didn't lose friends until I had our son. My husband dropped his family after I had our daughter.
