I find Kennedy a bit feminine and more commonly used for girls (at least where I live). Conrad is cute and masculine and works well as a middle.
But if you absolutely love this name and not willing to change the first name, I don't think they would be bullied at school for it. It may not please everyone but it's not a bad name.
If it were my choice I'd keep looking for another first name tho🤷🏻‍♀️

I’d think girl. Especially since middle name is hardly ever used and it’s normal to use masculine middle names for girls.
