Eczema sign of pregnancy?

Has anyone gotten a rash on their neck and it being a sign of pregnancy? 
I have a rash on my neck but nothing has change aside from ttc.

I’m in the same boat. My body is super dry and nothing has changed and lotion doesn’t help.
