First day back at work ...

I know alot of moms here have already started. I took off an extra month and so now here we are today is my first day back at work and I feel so out of place and don't know what to do with myself and it's taking all that I have to keep myself together. I just want to be with my baby 😭😭😭 she had a little blunder this morning already her babysitter was holding her carseat, mind you only a few inches off the ground if that, and slipped when she was trying to switch hands and the car seat hit the floor and startled my little girl who just started balling her eyes out. I know it was purely a mistake and the babysitter felt so awful, but it was so hard to leave her after that. She calmed down quickly but her crying like that just made this that much harder. 😭😭😭😭 idk how you have all done this, it's so hard
