Time spent in the gym
I know that when it comes to losing weight/fat, it’s done with a good diet.
However, I’m trying to figure out where I should be spending my time at the gym! I go 4x a week for 45min-1 hour. Right now I’m trying to lose some fat & tone up some (I had a baby 9 months ago so have a little extra in the belly area). I do like weights but I feel like I need to be doing tons of cardio!
Currently, I spend about 30min weight training and 20ish on a cardio machine.
What is your cardio/weight training ratio???
