Sleeping alot during day

My 4 and half month old has been super sleepy all day today and has not been herself the past 2 days. No temperature but she will wake up from her naps and only stay away for 30 min before wanting to sleep again. She will wake up to eat? Her eating has been surprisingly better today than the past week shes been a terrible eater. I'm wondering if shes ready to get a tooth bc she wants to violently chew on everything! I feel so bad she is so clingy and only wants to he held and go to sleep. She even cries when I go to change her diaper?
