Spotting
I am 6 weeks and 5 days and just had very light red spotting while going number 2.. do I need to call my doctor? No cramps or anything like that. Haven’t had my first appointment yet.
Update one hour later: not bleeding anymore but my stomach does hurt and I am a little nauseous. I have had nausea and vomiting this week.
