Blood ln ultrasound..

So i am 9 weeks and 4 days. Today I went in for a follow up after my bloodwork and ultrasound last wednesday. He said everything looked great. But to be on “bed rest” aka no lifting or working out or anything strenuous like that because they noticed a small amount of blood behind the baby. He said it’s nothing to worry about since i haven’t had any bleeding since. But to not be super active until the ultrasound next week to find out of the clot is growing or not. has anyone else experienced this? i’m trying not to panic.
