Anyone else losing weight?

I am 10 weeks. Before pregnancy I ate relatively healthy and worked out 5 days per week. Since about 5 weeks I’ve been too tired to workout and have been not eating so well. I’m still incorporating fruits and veggies and I only ever drank water in the first place but for example, last night I had 3 slices of pizza and a bunch of cheese throughout the day. I definitely am snacking less as I’m not always quite as hungry but this week I’ve lost 3 -4 pounds for seemingly no reason

I also might mention I don’t suffer from morning sickness or nausea so it’s not related to puking

Is this normal?
