I’m 21 and at my first prenatal checkup they also did my first ever pap smear as well as blood work and STD testing. They said My cells were abnormal for my pap and possibly precancerous. I tested negative for HPV and all other STDs. They want to me to come in for colposcopy once I get into my second trimester next month. They will not be doing a biopsy unless they see something concerning with the vinegar and if they have to do a biopsy it will be after I had the baby.

I’m so worried about this. Am I right to be having extreme anxiety right now? Can this procedure hurt my baby?? I just don’t understand what’s going on. I also have a high possibility of having endometriosis but they never did a laparoscopy to confirm because of surgical risks and me being so young idk if that could have anything to do with abnormal cells
