Fat Loss Tips?
I’m a 21 year old college student weighing 170 and standing at 5’6”. I have a pretty athletic build and am not obese, but I would like to lose stubborn fat on my face, lower stomach, and inner thighs. I know there’s no such thing as targeting area fat, but I’m wondering what tips and remedies have worked best for those who have been successful at fat loss?
I drink a glass of green tea and 1/2 gallon of water daily and have been trying to only have whole grains in my diet rather than harmful carbs. I like to get into the gym but have a hard time actually motivating myself to get over there; going 9-5 between college classes and extracurriculars is difficult for my motivation. Any diet, exercise, or mental tips are welcome! I’m ready to be comfortable in my own skin again!!
