Baby teeth grinding?

I noticed my little guy might be grinding his teeth... it’s making me cringe 😖 he has two bottom and all 4 coming in at once. Anyone else’s babies do this and if so suggestions on what to do?

I could have written this exact post.  As my son’s top 4 started to come in he started grinding.  It sounds terrible!  I try to distract him, but would love if this is just a temporary thing.  I would hate for him to damage his brand-new teeth!

My first baby didn’t that when his teeth were growing in and then stopped once the newness wore off. My second is doing it too so I’m hoping she will also just stop on her own 🤞🏻

Yes my middle son has always been a grinder and still is!! I co-slept with him until he was quite old and remember thinking his teeth would just fall away as it was so loud! He’s nearly 13 🤪 No damage has ever been done to his teeth luckily. It’s just something he’s always done.

Yes! I’ll usually give him a teethy toy and he just chews on that instead

My LO did this when she first got her teeth. I just rest my fingers on her jaw and tell her to stop. She didn’t do it constantly thankfully. She hasn’t done it for while, after she got those front ones on.
