Going back to work

Do any of you moms have recommendations for work from home jobs that will still allow me to watch my daughter while working? I currently work from home with a bank but I take customer phone calls and can not have back ground noise so if she was crying that wouldn’t work and I wouldn’t continue to have my job very long.

Maybe some kind of job where I work through chat instead on the phone anything avoiding phone calls!
