I’m so frustrated. I’m 20 weeks and allergies have been bad for a week.

I’m up all night swallowing post nasal drip with my throat burning. Then in the morning I spit up yellow phlegm several times.

My throat itches. Around my mouth on my face, it looks like a I have a small rash and it’s itchy. My ears either itch or get clogged. My post nasal drip has been bloody most of today so now I feel sick to my stomach. My sinus’ feel like they’re on fire.

I called my OB and they told me I need to come in today... I left work to go in and the doctor didn’t really acknowledge me at all. He didn’t look at my sinuses or ears or anything. He just told me to get a humidifier and take allergy meds...

I’ve already been taking allergy medicine and I also use my netti pot morning and night. Anybody have any tips??

I’m praying this doesn’t last the rest of pregnancy since my OB seemed to blame it on pregnancy...
