Advice needed

So my boyfriend has been visiting since the beginning of 2020 an we’re now towards the end of February. We’ve had sex multiple times everyday now since he’s been here, but a little over a week ago I noticed a pain on the left inside me and on the left outer labia. It hasn’t gone away since and can be almost unbearable whenever we try basic positions. I’ve tried going a couple days without sex which did help but it’s still not completely gone. I’m curious if I should make an appointment or if this has happened to anyone else before, if so what is it and how long it will last? (To be more specific the sex has been rough, lasted anywhere from 30 minutes to a little over an hour, and he’s far from small, sorry for the tmi but genuinely cannot take this pain anymore)
