Need some advise, stomach muscles like jello

So I’m a new first time mom, almost 10 months postpartum. When I lay flat on my back my stomach goes flat. When I stand up I have my mommy pouch. I had a c section.

So is this just the muscle inside me that’s moving like this with gravity (based on my position)?

What exercises can I do at home to help work out my abs / stomach?

Is there any waist trainers or compression wraps anyone can recommend?

Please don’t recommend a gym. I work full time and barely have time for myself. I need something I can do at home. Thank you.
