I'm size uk16 do you think this is the reason I haven't conceived?

I have gone from a UK size 22 to size 16 but still not pregnant had the anitial first blood test done for fertility but still nothing a year later its been 2 years and a half since been off the implant x

Have you been having periods? I know silly question, but when I had the implant even after I had it removed I wasnt releasing any eggs for another 6 months or so while they hormones left my system. Maybe the hormones are taking a bit longer to leave your body? Also probably another silly question but if you are having periods are you tracking them and having sex on your fertile days? I was struggling to conceive my second, turns out I wasnt trying on my fertile days

I’m 5’2 and 260 lbs (size 18-20 US). I’m 6 weeks pregnant. I was turned away by a fertility clinic in December and was told to lose at least 20 lbs to qualify (BMI). I felt better after talking to another woman who let me know she was my size and pregnant and has 3 kids and has friends who were larger and had successful pregnancies. Doctors need to update their practices. I don’t have diabetes or high blood pressure or any other issue people say weight will bring. I still want to be healthy and more physically able... but when it comes to pregnancy I am proof that weight didn’t stop me at this weight. I asked my gynecologist at my visit the other day about weight and she said in the U.S. there are so many overweight women it’s a big percentage of what she sees now and they’re all pregnant women. There’s so much hope! Don’t lose hope.
