I don't think this is right. Should i do anything?

I have a hole in my clit, kinda big enough for my pinky finger. I know this isn't normal, but it never hurts or bothers me. Is it an issue? Should I see a doctor or something?

Edit: It's not my urethra because I don't pee from it, and it's a hole that goes straight through one side to the other.

I first noticed it in early fall last year, and it's never been pierced. I haven't had the chance to look at a diagram yet.
