Sleep training
Is there a gentle form of sleep training that does not require you to let them cry it out? I’ve tried and I’m just not cut out for it :/ but idk what else to do. My LO will not go down without a pacifier and I’ve been trying to wean him but it’s been so hard. He also wakes up sooo many times during the night.
