Fever and night time.

My baby caught a fever from my oldest and I noticed it around 4pm and I gave him motrin. Well he feel asleep around 715 and I noticed he was hot again. What should I do while he sleeps? We never get sick so when we do I'm clueless! 😭🥺😞
