Lifting head up?

So my 10weeker struggles with tummy time on her playmat. She just wont lift her head up and gets frustrated. But when I'm holding her upwards to look out of the window etc she manages to hold her head up. What other ways could I try?

My 12 week old son is the same way. So this is what we've been doing the past few days. Put a boppy on the bed, it's easier for them to see you.

Definitely try the pillow under her chest. That made all the difference for my baby

We have been struggling too, I recently started laying down and getting her to do it on my chest well I talk to her.

She enjoys her boppy under her! My girl is 11 weeks and doesn’t like the play mat either

My 10 week old daughter hated tummy time. We were lucky to get 30 seconds as until we bought this mat. (It's the stock photo from Amazon). Withon 3 days we were able to get her to do 5 minutes before she got upset. It is $35 but worth it. It is called Chanys tummy time mat.

Thank you everyone for the tips.. will have to try these out..  as she just point blank refuses to lift her head up when I lay her on her tummy and instead she would rather just lay down and suck her hand lol ( even after a feed). But she sits upwards on my knee with me holding her like that and she can hold her head upright so god knows why she won't on her tummy

I sometimes place her arms in a position that's more comfortable and she seems to lift her head more. We have good days and bad days with tummy time 😅 10+ weeks 💕

I’m sure you do this but get down in front of her, lots of toys, sing song voice. I don’t have a picture but also try doing it on an exercise ball! My daughter loves that. And then small pillows/Bobby that others suggested.
