Baby slept!!!!!!
Guys we did it!!!!!! Baby went down at 7, she didn’t wake until 4. I gave her a 2 ounce bottle just to settle her, and it’s 5:45 AND SHES STILL SLEEPING!!!!
We’ve been struggling with waking 3-5 times a night, and she’s been getting up at 5am this last week.
What we changed:
Dropped the third nap. She was still only getting three hours daytime sleep but was starting to fight bedtime with the last nap. Now her two naps equal three hours total but her wake windows are longer.
We are getting outside more. Hopefully the nice weather lasts!!
Lastly, we turn the TV off at least half an hour before bedtime. I think this one is helping a lot because she was waking an hour after putting her down and she’s not. So, no longer having the blue light interrupt her melatonin production she’s falling asleep better and staying asleep!!

I’m still exhausted because I was up so many times checking the camera worried about her lmao.
