Spotting. Nervous.

Hi, 5 weeks 1 day here.

I’m starting to have some heavier type cramps and now a small amount of light pink when I use the restroom. I’ve always had cramps in early pregnancy from my previous pregnancies and everything turned out fine so that part doesn’t really get to me...but I’ve never had any spotting accompanying it. This has happened twice so far.

At what point should I be concerned about a possible miscarriage? Not going to lie, I already am.
