12 year old running and making lipglosses but with unsafe products

You’ve probably heard of Tiktok but on my homepage I was showed a lipgloss making video and the glitter looked super chunky, so I went to the comments and apparently everyone is commenting about bad reactions they’re having. Or how the ingredients aren’t listed on the website. And the colorant and glitter being used is for craft or meant for makeup, but not ok for consumption or lips. The owner is 12, deleting comments, going off saying why should they refund when someone asks for one because of a bad reaction, and fighting people saying their products are safe. The thing with Tiktok is that it’ll boost a video and it’ll be on a for you page. The account has 200k followers but idk do I report this account or leave the kid alone? They’re using crafts glitter and claiming it’s safe just don’t eat the gloss. You ingest lipgloss or lipstick anyways just by having it on your lips. They’re using Almond and coconut oil but not listing ingredients
