Withdrawing from birth control pills

Hey so I stopped my birth control pills about a week ago after 5 years and I’ve been having a ‘withdrawal bleed’ which I know is normal but I’m having other side effects which has never normally bothered me before.

I smell like BO! I’m sweating so much..

I can shower and scrub , moisturise use roll on and deodorant and a few hours later I smell like BO again😩! It’s making me so so paranoid. I’ve never ever had an issue like this before so is this from the withdrawal of birth control?
