Anyone have a false alarm placenta accreta?

I was diagnosed with accreta and complete previa. I havent had any bleeding so far. Im 31 weeks. I have a csection scheduled for 34 weeks. Anybody ever have a false alarm? I would be upset if i had a csection and baby is in nicu for a false alarm 😡 but it would obviously be good news as accreta is very dangerous. Just didnt know how often false positives happen.

Mine was a false alarm. I was supposed to deliver this Friday at 34 weeks + 5 days but I had two minor bleeds over the past week. At 33 weeks + 3 days I had my second bleed. Docs didn’t seem concerned but then my contractions started getting closer and closer. They felt it was safer to deliver now (planned but urgent c section) than wait for more complications or contractions to get worse and force an emergency c. 
I’ve had several ultrasounds and an MRI that showed previa and possible accreta. Doctors have told us right off the bat that there is still a chance the accreta might not be so bad if not there at all. The only way to know is to actually see it in surgery. We planned everything assuming the accreta was there. My doctors prefer to plan for worst case scenario so they can be prepared. It’s scary but I’d rather have it planned like that as unplanned could be dangerous. Hemorrhaging is the biggest thing with accreta. 
During surgery it was discovered that my placenta was able to detach and no real signs of accreta. I still had previa. I was able to avoid a hysterectomy and ended up tying my tubes. I did lose some blood but luckily no blood transfusion was needed. 
My girl was born 4 lbs 10 oz and 17” long. She had no problems breathing on her own and is doing well in regulating her temp. She’s still in the NICU and we are working on getting her to feed on her own without help from tubes. Hoping she can go home next week (Bare minimum to go home is 35 weeks GA)

I HOPE the accreta is a false alarm, but it's quite dangerous if not. It's hard to know the risk/benefit of delivering early though. It would be very risky if you were to start bleeding so I hope that doesn't happen. It is too bad you have to deliver early but they are prioritizing your safety.
