Can we use ceiling fan????

Ok ladies, I’m hot! Like melting! Hormones most likely lol. My question is can we use our ceiling fan in our bedroom with little one sleeping?? My MIL said no so I always listened but everything I dead says it’s fine. Lmk your opinion! Thanks

I actually read having a fan on low while baby is sleeping is good because it can help prevent sids.

Yes you can. Just make sure baby isn’t right underneath and/or is burritoed accordingly

I would say as long as the baby is dressed/covered appropriately it’s fine. Every ceiling fan in my house is on all year to keep the air moving and my daughter loves to watch them. We literally only turn them off to clean them and switch the direction they are going depending on season.

i know it’s not unsafe to have a ceiling fan on but it still just freaks me out so i go for stand fans

We sleep with the ceiling fan on in our room! His pack n play is actually pretty much right underneath it but he wears footy pjs and a fleece sleep sack so he is pretty warm. We read that it can help lower the risk of sids!

We have used a fan. They are fine as long as dressed appropriately for the temperature of the room.

My little guy was about 4 months in the middle of summer and we had the ceiling fan on and an box fan pointed directly at him and he’s just fine
