Why is my CM like this?

Hi!

I am 2 days away from my period. I have no cramps, no bloating. I am constipated and I am having a glue like CM discharge. Like every time I sit and I wipe or look before flushing is there.

I’ve had spotting after my ovulation, but that is normal.

I have tested and negative.

Can this be an early sign of pregnancy?

Lost a baby in 2018 and been trying since then. I am freaking out but I don’t want to tell my husband because I don’t want him to feel the same disappointed I feel every time the stick comes back negative.
