Potty Training Tips and Tricks

Hello mommas! So my son turned 2 in January. Both his teacher (early head start teacher) and I believe he is ready for potty training introduction. My son asks to be changed as soon as he wets his diaper or poops. He also understands that the bathroom is to go potty. I have began to take him to the toilet every 10 minutes in hopes he'll potty and he'll often pee and we applaud he'll flush and wash his hands. The problem seems to be pooping. He won't tell me he is about to poop rather than when he already began he'll say "mama poop" or "potty mama" but will already be in the process. He won't poop in the intervals i take him and sit him on the toilet. Any mommas have and tips on dealing with this.?
