6 weeks pregnant, dull cramps?😫

Currently 6 weeks pregnant and im experiencing terrible dull cramps. It wakes me up out of my sleep and it almost tricks me into thinking im going to have a massive poo explosion. I’ll have that sensation bc of the dullness but no poo. It makes my back hurt and almost takes me breath.... is this normal? Absolutely NO bleeding is involved just a little pinkish tinge after sex but other than that all is

I've had the same the last couple of days as well. I found out yesterday I'm pregnant. But no bleeding. I blamed mine on take out food. But I also haven't been drinking much water. Try that and try an balance yourself. As for the blood, I would call your provider and run it by them. Better safe than sorry.
