Diaper bag?

Question

What am I missing. I’m packing the bag for after I have him I won’t be taking it to the hospital. Also I plan on breast feeding I have: 
Diapers 
Wipes 
Diaper cream
Gas drops 
Pasi 
Car seat/ nursing cover 
Burp cloth 
Receiving blanket 
Extra socks hat and mittens 
And nipple pads?

Sanitizer, an extra sleeper(easy to put on if there's an accident) if you're BF I'd pack yourself an extra top

Extra outfit for diaper blow out.

Hand sanitizer 
At least in full change of clothes for baby (in case of spit up, or diaper leaks/blowouts)
I also like to have a wet/dry bag if needed for soiled clothes 
And I keep a small battery powered fan in my diaper bag

I would do a couple burp cloths in case he spits up all over one and you’re still out. I always packed a couple outfits too. You might want to consider some corn starch baby powder, too.
