Laparoscopy tomorrow 😩

I’m due to have a laparoscopy tomorrow to check everything out...
any tips or words of advice would be really encouraging & helpful
I’m so scared and feeling very overwhelmed at the moment I feel as though I should be thinking positive but I feel so sensitive and down.
