I want to give my baby up for adoption

I've been alone and pregnant pretty much since I found out, I did have a hard time figuring out who the father is, but either way, one cant come near me court ordered, and the other guy is in jail.. I'm due in 10 weeks and the plan was to let my relative and her husband adopt my baby or let them raise her.. however I'm not sure how to go about it, we talk a boht ut all the time, together, and with my doctors and therapists and they all agree it's the best but nobody has told me how it works? Do I just give birth and give her to them? Do I have to sign papers? Does one of the dads have to do a paternity test and agree with me on the adoption? I'm in Canada Alberta so idk.. I cant seem to find to proper information.. or i just dont understand anything.. but it is a private adoption between me and a relative so idk if that makes it easier
