Vegan 3 ingredient chocolate tart!
This is an adapted New York Times recipe, but I know not everyone has a subscription and can view the recipes! The original used more water but I think it’s not thick enough
Ok, i kinda lied, it’s 3 ingredients if you use a premade crust (which i did). I use the keebler graham one.
I’ve made it 3 times so far, twice with fruit on top and once mexican chocolate style, with chili and cinnamon. It’s perfect for impressing a crowd because it’s so quick, easy, and rich!

Okay ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1 pound silken firm tofu (it HAS to be silken, but maybe not silken firm?)
8 ounces chocolate chips
Directions:
-Let tofu drain on a paper towel for 15 mins (I wouldn’t press it, just let some moisture escape)
-dissolve sugar in 1/2 cup water in a saucepan on medium heat, just stir until it’s fully dissolved
-blend all ingredients in a blender!
-pour into crust and let chill in fridge for 30 mins
done! so easy
I promise you’ll be having people ask all night “its vegan? tofu? no way”
