Umbilical cord?

So here I sit, filling out my birthing plan for the hospital.. I have an option to wait x amount of time to cut the cord, now I'm wondering how long everyone is going to wait to cut the umbilical cord, or how long is the recommended time to wait.

60 seconds is recommended and routinely done at my hospital

I asked my doctor and he said he waits around 3-4 minutes because that’s around the time the cord stops pulsing. All the doctors at my hospital now does delayed cord clamping

Until the cord stops pulsing and turns white which I believe is 5 minutes. I’m not 100% sure on the time though.
