How do you deal with screaming baby?

How do you get ANYTHING done? The second I set my daughter down, leave her in the jumperoo or I’m somewhere she can’t see me she instantly screams bloody murder. Not just whines, it’s horrible. I can’t even do the dishes, I’m 15 feet away from her and she can see me... I know it’s the 8 month leap, but this is making it impossible to do anything at all. The car is also not going well at the moment 😩😩 I’m going crazy. HELP

My daughter is level 10 clingy right now.  She's up my butt every second she's awake.  When I have to do anything and my husband isn't home I put her in her highchair or playpen. She whines at first sometimes still,  but I put her where she can see me.  I usually do a weird voice explaining what I'm doing or dance and make her laugh. So she thinks it's fun.  Or I'll hand her a toy that I know she hasn't played with in a while and just get so excited to see it lol "oh my gosh look it's your yellow block!" Then she gets excited.  I've set up the living room so she can't get out or get hurt if I do have to leave for a second to go to the bathroom (because mom bladder...there's literally a timer) sometimes she still whines even after all this excitement, I just let her for a few minutes.

My daughter has been like this since Day 1. I sit on the floor with her/ walk her around/ carry her around any time she’s awake. I’m lucky if she isn’t physically crawling over me when we’re on the floor. The only time I get stuff done is during her naps.
