I cant get wet

I started masturbating when I was about 8 but I did it a l o t and I don’t really know if that’s too young (I’m 13 now) and now whenever I masturbate or even finger myself I don’t get wet at all. Is it because I masturbate too much? And is there a way I can fix this?
