Skin irritations while pregnant

I’m currently 35w2d and my skin in my stomach hurts so bad it feels like it’s pulling so bad, I do put lotion butter for pregnancy but it doesn’t seem to help anymore any other suggestions this is my third pregnancy and with the other two it didn’t hurt this bad!
