Mortgage question.
This might be a dumb question but is there a way to like extend your mortgage to cover the cost of repairs for a house? Or will they only allow you to get the cost of the house? Like I want to replace all the flooring in a house we might buy but I dont have 10,000 to do that out of pocket.
