I have a stuffy nose in the night. Well not only night but while I lay down for some time. So it is uncomfortable to sleep... It is not a humidity issue, I have measured mine at home. Also there is no difference where I am, just the lieing down part makes my nose closed. Don't know it it is pregnancy related (13 weeks) or not...

Does anyone know how to relieve it? I have a doctors appointment in three weeks anyway, so I don't think it is too severe to go in now, but what can I do in meantime?
