Mine were making me sick so I started taking them right before bed & that has helped a lot. For this pregnancy, I’ve been using Kroger’s brand—regular prenatal + an EPA/DHA softgel. I used gummies with my first pregnancy but ended up being anemic after her birth because the gummies don’t have iron in them.
